Norfolk Gravel is launched
Norfolk Gravel, previously known and Drayton Stone Pits or DSP Supplies, have undergone some major changes in the past 10 months that have not only seen the company renamed and rebranded but investment made into the quarrying operation itself.
The renaming and rebranding of the company has been driven by a desire to focus on the core business of quarrying and aggregates. The Norfolk Gravel brand was created with core business of quarrying in mind but also with a reference to the location of the materials source.
As well as a change of name the company has made a significant investment in the production facilities at its Beeston Regis site. To celebrate the investment in the quarry the company held an unveiling of the plant on 29th September. The event that was attended by senior management within the Group, key clients, local councillors and employees past and present saw a ribbon cut by John Garwood who until his retirement three years ago was the longest serving employee at the company.
